Please join us in welcoming Brother Richard Buckley as the new Pastor of Springdale Baptist Church.
As we seek wisdom as a church, it is not merely for the enrichment of our own minds, but for the ability to navigate life's complexities with grace and understanding. Guidance, too, is sought not just for personal direction but for the ability to lead others with compassion and integrity.
As we join together in prayer for the induction of Brother Richard, let us do so with open hearts and minds, ready to receive the blessings and lessons that come with sincere faith. May we be inspired to act with kindness, live with purpose, and love without condition, guided by the wisdom, direction, and encouragement we seek in our prayers. In this unity of spirit and purpose, we find a deeper connection not only to the Divine but to each other.
Gracious Lord, we come before You with gratitude for our new pastor, a precious gift to our church. We humbly seek Your blessings as we embark on his ministry with us.
May his heart be filled with compassion and his spirit with humility. Guide him Lord, always to seek Your wisdom and direction in his pastoral responsibilities. Grant him the skills to deliver Your Word with clarity and impact.
May our pastor connect deeply with each member of our congregation, understanding their joys, sorrows, and needs. Let Brother Richard be a shepherd who leads us closer to You and nurtures our faith. We offer this prayer in Your holy name. Amen!
Remember our VBS volunteers in your prayers. Pray for the children to come and learn about the Lord. Vacation Bible School will be held June 17-21st from 6-8:30 PM. Please reach out to Phyllis if you are led to volunteer. We will find a place for you to serve.
